REFUND POLICY

Damage Upon Arrival

Because every Noir Resin Lamp is crafted by hand — detail by detail, just for you — we pack each one with real care. But if your order arrives damaged or doesn't look right, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. 💌

  • 24-Hour Window: You must contact us at hello@noirlamps.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Proof of Damage: Please include clear photos of the damaged vessel and the packaging it arrived in.

  • The Resolution: Once verified, we will ship a replacement out to you at no extra charge. You do not need to return the broken item—simply dispose of it safely.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a Noir Resin Lamp has been delivered and the packaging has been opened, unless it arrives damaged.

  • Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once the handcrafted preparation process has begun or the item has shipped, we can no longer cancel the order.

  • Handmade Variations: Because every Noir Resin Lamp is crafted by hand, slight natural variations in resin, sizing, or positioning are a beautiful part of the handmade process — no two lamps are exactly alike, and that's what makes yours one of a kind.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved (for example, a cancellation before shipping or a verified non-delivery issue), your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@noirlamps.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a canceled order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Mandatory Protocol: You must email us at hello@noirlamps.com within 24 hours of delivery to process a claim.

  • Required Evidence: Please include your Order Number and clear photos or videos of both the damaged item and the exterior packaging (showing the shipping label).

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will ship a replacement immediately at no extra charge. You do not need to return the damaged item—simply dispose of it safely. 💌

Delivery Acknowledgement & Fraud Prevention

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that shipping times are estimates and may vary. A delay in shipping does not constitute a valid reason for a chargeback.

  • Delivery Liability: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, it is considered legally delivered. We are not responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps or mailboxes after confirmed delivery.

  • Fraud Monitoring: We actively monitor for return abuse. Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback—such as after receiving a replacement or after a refund has been issued—will be disputed with full documentation provided to payment processors. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts engaged in fraudulent activity.
